Something not working, or a build didn’t come back the way you expected? Email us and a human will answer.

We usually reply within one business day. Include the phone number on your account and roughly when the build ran — that’s enough for us to find it.
If a build fails, the credits for it go straight back to your wallet — you don’t need to ask. Open Builds and pull to refresh; a failed job shows there with its credits already returned.
If a build is still running much longer than usual, leave the app and come back — the render keeps going on our side, and it lands in Builds when it’s done. If it never lands, email us and we’ll look it up.
Your balance and every credit that went in or out are on your transactions page.
Every render you’ve made is in Builds, grouped by the car it was built on. Your cars live in the garage on Me. From any build you can download the photos or video, or send it straight back into the studio to keep modding.
We use the photo you upload to make the builds you asked for, and nothing else. We don’t sell it and we don’t train models on it. The Privacy Policy spells out what we store, who processes it on our behalf, and how to have it deleted.
Sign-in is by text message — no password. If the code doesn’t arrive, check that the number includes the right country code, make sure texts from short codes aren’t being filtered, and wait a minute before asking for another one. If it still doesn’t come through, email us with the number and we’ll sort it out.
In the iOS app: Me → Delete account. It removes your account, your cars, your builds and your uploaded photos. It is permanent, and any credits left on the account go with it.
On the web, email us from the number on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
Credits bought in the iOS app are purchased through Apple — request a refund through Apple’s report a problem page. For credits bought on the website, email us.
Credits are otherwise final once purchased, as set out in the Terms. That doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer-protection law where you live. Credits for a failed build always come back automatically — that’s not a refund request, it’s just how it works.
